Step 1. Get a Fycargo address in China

Sign up with our easy online registration form and instantly get your own Fycargo Address. Simply complete and submit our easy online registration. You can begin shopping right away with your personal Fycargo address.

  • HOW GET A USER ID

    After successful registration and login, check the user ID in my personal profile. The user ID is unique and should not be told to others

  • WHERE CAN CHECK YOUR OWN WAREHOUSE ADDRESS IN CHINA

    You will find your own warehouse address when you register successfully and log in, click the warehouse address. Pay special attention to that the user's ID composed of 5 digits (numbers + letters) after the recipient of the warehouse address is your unique parcels warehousing identification code.

***If you are a supplier or consignor, Please contact the consignee immediately after the goods arrive at our warehouse and submit the ship information online.

***If you are the Overseas consignee, the system will notify you by e-mail after the package is stored in the warehouse.Simply submit a ship request through our online account system.

For convenience, please use your unique warehouse address as the receiving address of your e-commerce (Taobao, JD, pinduoduo, etc.) shopping platform, and the China warehouse shall be warehoused according to your user ID

Step 2. Start shopping China stores and Ship to your new China address

Shop top brands and great deals from China stores like Taobao.com ,JD.com and Aliexpress and China stores . Simply enter your own Fycargo address in China at checkout, and your purchases will be shipped to our China forwarding warehouse.

  • If the goods you buy are fragile, please explain and inform the merchant to pack and protect them in advance to avoid damage during transportation.

  • Please use your own Fycargo warehouse address as the receiving address of your e-commerce (Taobao, Jingdong, pinduoduo, etc.) shopping platform. China warehouse will be warehoused according to the user ID displayed on your package. User ID is very important. User ID is the unique identification of package warehousing. Without user ID, the warehouse will reject the package.

  • If the goods you purchased have not been warehoused for a long time, please contact the merchant immediately, or contact our customer service assistance to confirm that the package arrives at our China transshipment warehouse safely.

  • You also can record your package information by placing an online order and forecasting the package information after you purchase.

  • ****Signle Transhipment: Single transshipment refers to the operation that you submit the transshipment order information at one time when you place an order, and the warehouse directly warehousing and shipping according to your order requirements after receiving the goods.

  • ****Combining transshipments: Combined transshipment refers to different packages sent from different shopping websites or the same shopping website to the fycargo transshipment warehouse, such as package a and package B. after the packages arrive, you need to select the packages to be transshipped to generate a new order for consolidated shipment.

  • If you don't want to make a package forecast, it doesn't matter. After the package is put into storage, you will receive a package warehousing email notification reminder. After receiving the email, please submit the transshipment order information immediately to avoid the goods staying in the warehouse for a long time.

  • Warehouse Tip: The free storage period of China warehouse is 21 days, and storage fees will be charged for more than 21 days

Step 3. Tell us how you want to ship & save

Choose from a variety of shipping methods and save ,Simply submit a ship request through our online account system when your purchases arrive at Fycargo You will be notified via email as soon as your order is received at our China facility. View [Need Action] and manage all your packages from your Fycargo online account, 24/7. Our experts will record product details for you for export documents, and will inspect every package to ensure no items are damaged. Your purchases are securely stored in our warehouse or shiped.

When you are ready to ship, simply submit a ship request through our online account system.
