Advantages of prepayment: the freight is more favorable and cost-effective. After the package arrives at the destination, it will be directly transferred to your nearest network to pick up the goods, which is more convenient and faster;

What is payment on arrival: once the goods are shiped, the payment is summarized as payment on arrival;

Payment methods: WeChat, Alipay, PAYPAL, MTN, bank transfer and cash payment;

How to get the bill after shipment:
1. You can email: service@fycargo.com (the title is Bill query + waybill number) to inquire about the bill, and the customer service will reply to you by email within 24 hours after receiving the email;
2. You can make manual contact through customer service. Customers reply to more users a day and will reply to you within 48 hours normally;

Payment completion information feedback:
1. Please contact the customer service immediately after the payment is completed or send the payment voucher to e-mail: service@fycargo.com (the title is Bill query + waybill No.), the customer service will reply to you by email within 24 hours after receiving the email;
2. Customer service hotline: + 8618602074555 (wechat, WhatsApp, the same number) for manual contact. Customers reply to more users in a day. Normally, they will reply to you within 48 hours;

Disclaimers:
1. The customer shall bear the bank and other handling charges (including intermediate bank transfer) arising from the remittance from an overseas bank to the account designated by our company, subject to the amount received.
2. If you need to issue a formal invoice, please send the payment memo and billing information after payment, indicate the waybill number, and send the information to our customer service email; after the financial audit is correct, the invoice will be sent to you by email; only our corporate RMB account supports Invoicing service, and other transfer methods do not support issuing a formal invoice;
3. In order to transfer your goods to your destination as soon as possible, please pay immediately after your goods are warehoused. Our company will not bear any responsibility for the time delay caused by the delay in payment;
4. The free stacking period of Chinese warehouse is 21 days, and if it exceeds 21 days, it will charge 2 US dollars / cubic meter / day; the free stacking period of destination warehouse is 15 days, and if it exceeds 15 days, it will charge 3 US dollars / cubic meter / day;
