1. Recently, the Chinese Customs and the Hong Kong Customs have carried out strict inspections on intellectual property infringement of goods, such as mobile phones, computers, watches, bags, shoes and other goods involving intellectual property infringement. Therefore, you are required to inform our customer service personnel before you send your goods to our warehouse as to whether they are original or counterfeit (copies), otherwise the goods will be possessed, confiscated and destroyed by the customs inspection.
Once the goods are taken possession of and can not be returned, our company will compensate the customer at the rate of 40RMB per kg this is in order safe guard both the interests of the company and its customers. However, the customer(cargo owner) shall be fully responsible for the relevant legal liability that may arise through intellectual property infringement as our only job is to facilitate the sending of goods.
Therefore please note that for mobile phones, computers, sensitive goods, counterfeit goods involving intellectual infringement; the consignor must confirm with our personnel before sending the goods, otherwise our company will default to normal transshipment of ordinary goods; if the goods are found to be infringing, prohibited or restricted by the State through customs inspection, the customer / consignor shall bear the consequences by him/her self;
The company will therefore not make any compensation, and will not bear any legal liability arising from it.
Also note that there is a serious scarcity of airlines, which will consequently cause a delay in a small range of transportation time limitation!
